More a case that I have shares worth more than 2k all in Ted, but I had to sell enough to cover that amount, as my dog has just cost me almost that with Pancreatitis and I needed to get prepared in case the insurance doesn't cover him.
I'm bloody clueless, my dad has dealt with all investments and still continues to do so at the age of 76 the poor bugger ;o)

This horse we knew 2 weeks ago that it was going Newton Abbot but didn't know which race....
It has come directly from the trainer but be weary the last one he gave us ran a stinker hence why he gave us this one....

'Been told it's gonna run well' is an odd way of putting it. I imagine most people would tell you their horse will run well.

Not necessarily claret.
Roger Charlton was interviewed last night before a race and told people he wouldn't back it himself first time out. There are some honest people left i nthe sport.

i am guessing what they mean is it actually going to be fit for the race.
Rather than needing the run as its too fat and they are just having a tune up and getting its handicap mark down
Which is half the battle in races of that level

They always enter their horses as many places as possible, so that they can chose the best place to go. Think it's only about £75 or something silly for withdrawing early.
